This role involves all aspects of retirement products administration within the Guernsey office, as well as reporting to the relevant management team. It will include providing a range of duties to support a growing book of pensions business.

You will need to have 2-3 years' experience in a financial services role as well as having pension administration experience, you will need to have a good working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, have an understanding of compliance and client due diligence requirements, and an understanding of relevant regulations in respect of money laundering, countering financial crime.

You will need to be diligent, well organised, and numerate with good communication skills, be accurate with good attention to detail, be a good team player with good time management, have the ability to respond to urgent and delicate matters with tact and diplomacy, with a willingness to ensure a good customer service is delivered.
