Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Fund Administrator / Senior Co-Sec Administrator to work in their Private Equity Department. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager the purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures.
Key responsibilities will include administration of a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures, liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary, co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings, process and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations, ensure accurate investor records are maintained and process all investor changes / transfers, prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses, ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems and co-ordinate the opening of new bank accounts, and act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is willing / studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI Diploma level, or equivalent), you will need extensive experience in writing minutes and attending board meetings, and exposure to the Guernsey Funds industry would be advantageous.
