Our client is a global fiduciary services provider. They are looking to recruit an experienced individual to manage and support a Trust and Corporate Services administration team for their Guernsey office, for a period of 6-months.
Responsibilities will include providing advice regarding clients and cases, liaison with solicitors, accountants, investment managers and other professional intermediaries and advisors, reviewing team output, financial statements, reporting and compliance, minutes and resolutions, coaching and appraising staff, ensuring adequate training and development along with assisting with recruitment as and when required.
You will also be expected to possess strong business development and relationship management skills with an established network of intermediaries.
For this role you must have at least 10 years' experience within the trust industry, of which 5 years will have been in a managerial position holding 'A' signatory status. A professional qualification such as STEP/ICSA is also considered to be an essential requirement for this senior position.
