We are looking for a temporary team member to support to our client's analysts by preparing application reviews, providing customer support and undertaking additional operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing credit card applications packs for review.
- Assisting clients with digital onboarding, the mobile app, and ancillary services.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Assisting customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions.
- Completing daily administration tasks within the team.
- Assisting in the set-up and management of direct debits and repayment to cardholder accounts.
- Assisting with any disputed or fraud related transactions.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- Experience in working in financial services, ideally in Banking customer services
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience.
