An exciting temporary opportunity is available for a Personal Assistant/Secretary to support a team of consultants, working for a recognised commercial company based outside of town.
Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office, possess excellent organisational skills and be committed to working as part of a team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service.
You should have recent experience of providing high quality secretarial support, including audio-typing. Ideally you will be RSA qualified with previous secretarial/PA experience, you must be comfortable with client contact and dealing with queries over the telephone. General office awareness and skill will also be required, i.e. filing, scanning, arranging travel and post distribution.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an already experienced PA/Secretary currently in the market for a temporary position.
