Our retail client is seeking to appoint a temporary part-time customer service assistant to work Monday - Saturday 1 pm - 6 pm, or alternatively two days a week 1 pm - 6 pm, for approximately one month.
It is essential in this role that you have a friendly personality with a willingness to meet customer's needs.
The duties in this role include guiding customers to the items they need, replenishing the shelves, assisting with the checkout process, and tiding the store. You may also be required to help with customer returns and interact with other management and other floor workers as necessary. You will also be required to close the store.
