We have an urgent immediate requirement for a candidate to undertake Secretarial and Reception duties for a minimum of two weeks, however this may need to be extended.
The role includes covering switchboard calls, meet and greet visitors/clients, preparation and receipt of courier documents, copy typing, scanning of client documentation, and general administration such as photocopying, filing, printing, binding, laminating & brochure distribution.
An ability to pick things up quickly and use your own initiative will be an asset.
