A 6-month fixed term contract is available for a Technical Support Business Analyst.
In this role you will provide technical assistance to investigate issues raised by users of online services and CRM systems, co-ordinate and undertake user acceptance testing for online services, and identify opportunities for the development of the online services offerings from a user perspective.
