A leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery is seeking to appoint a Trainee Finance Officer for it's out of town office.
You will assist and work collaboratively with your fellow Officers and Senior Officers on day-to-day administrative tasks and matters in respect of their Corporate client portfolios.
You will complete client administration matters accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure Corporate client procedures are followed at all times.
You will develop working relationships with clients and intermediaries to maximise client retention and identify opportunities for growth.
You will maintain proper and orderly client records. Support an on-going programme of continuous improvement to client service, identifying and escalating opportunities as appropriate.
