Our client is seeking to appoint a Trust Administration Manager.
This role is suitable for a trust professional who is STEP/ICSA Diploma qualified (or equivalent) to join a private client team dealing with HNW clients.
Working closely with the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, high-quality service to the client structures, liaising closely with advisers, family principals and other service providers as required. With support from the Assistant Manager you will have overall supervision and management of the Team, assisting the Administrators with technical issues work prioritisation and Team projects.
You will be able to work accurately and reliably with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as good organisational and project management skills for client transactions.
You will need to have a minimum of 10 years' trust and company experience, and a minimum of 10 years' experience leading and managing people. You will need strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, project management skills for transactions, and have the ability to work using your own initiative, prioritise own workload and delegate effectively, with good commercial awareness.
