An international provider of Corporate Services, Global Expansion, Active Wealth, and Fund Solutions are seeking to appoint a Trust Administrator to join their experienced team to deliver tailored high-quality advice to companies and family businesses.
The Trust Administrator will take direct administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures, ensuring that first class service is provided to all clients, intermediaries and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work with the support of their line management to identify and mitigate risk across your span of control and will be responsible for supporting the team.
The successful applicant will have relevant industry experience and will demonstrate good client service delivery against the needs and demands of all clients. You will demonstrate an understanding of technical principles of day to day administration. The Administrator is expected to have an awareness of current issues affecting structures and the clients for whom they act for, and will have 1-3 years' experience.
The successful Administrator will put their clients at the centre of everything they do, building relationships and exceeding expectations. You will be flexible and professional when working under pressure and will have excellent prioritisation and time management skills. You will need to be self- motivated and focused on exceeding targets and goals and be supportive and respectful to the team and colleagues.
