Working as the Trust Supervisor you will manage the day-to-day running of a portfolio of offshore companies and trusts dealing with a wide variety of tasks which will be of a complex nature. Furthermore, to provide overall supervision of a small team of administration staff located in Guernsey. Act as an B signatory to client bank accounts.
Tasks will involve ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times, reviewing and approving large scale payments, liaise with internal department on accounting, annual reviews and taxation issues, liaise with the clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing, assist more junior staff with queries/problems, assist the Manager as necessary, as well as assisting with the management of a team on a daily basis and providing advice and assistance as required.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, achieve or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification i.e. STEP Certificate/Diploma. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills, have good problem solving skills, be a strong team player, have the ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision, and have strong supervisor skills and ability to manage a team.
