Our client, a fast growing and ambitious marketing and technology company has an opportunity for an Account Manager in their expanding Guernsey office. An exciting opportunity for a hungry individual to progress their career in a busy environment.
The purpose of this role will be to help manage and grow the accounts of the B2B clients, which plays a crucial role in the overall growth of the company.
Key responsibilities will include developing growth and retention strategies, meeting clients, new business onboarding, project coordination, dealing with account queries, developing relationships, reporting and providing insights to help drive growth.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience of working with clients and relationship management, have a good understanding of data analysis and be a problem solver. It is also a requirement that applicants be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to be accurate whilst working under sometimes tight time constraints. Proficiency with the Microsoft Package is also important in this role.
