Our property management client are seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor.
The role will be based in either the Guernsey or Jersey offices, but it will also require time out of the office at client meetings, undertaking inspections and on site as required, and travel and work within each island will be required at times.
In this role you will be undertaking the role of a Building Surveyor to provide advice and reports on commercial premises, along with overseeing the delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects at a strategic level.
The ideal candidate should be confident and have the ability to communicate well in writing and verbally.
You will have attained a vocational degree in Building Surveying, Construction or equivalent, and you will have attained or is looking to attain MRICS qualification.
