An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven general practice surveyor with experience to join our client's successful, expanding Channel Islands team.
The successful individual will have experience to undertake the following from start to finish:
- Letting and sales of commercial properties
- Lease renewal and rent review negotiations
- Red Book valuations of residential and commercial properties
- Development appraisals
- Asset management advice
You will preferably be MRICS qualified with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience, have experience across commercial and residential property, be numerate and technically competent, with excellent IT, problem solving, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a full, clean driving licence.
