Our client is looking for an outstanding Client Relations Administrator who is passionate about turning moments into memories for clients and ensuring they have an exceptional experience whilst in their care. Our client is an upmarket aesthetic clinic, which strives to be the best in the Channel Islands. A fast paced and professional work environment is seeking a front of house administrator who matches their high standards and values.

Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients at reception, checking/booking them in, taking phone bookings and enquiries, stock control, ordering etc. Additionally, cashing up, personalised correspondence to/with clients by a variety of means, keeping a clean and well-maintained reception area, liaising with marketing to promote products and organising any events that may arise.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years' experience working with at least one of a Hotel, Spa, Reception or similar. You will be required to have a smart appearance, a personable approach, be self-motivated and able to take initiative with the day-to-day workload. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you are well organised, pay attention to detail, able to prioritise and cope with changes and have a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft package and a good standard of typing.
