Our client is seeking to recruit a number of Customer Support Officers based in Guernsey. There are part-time and full-time opportunities available, on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The full-time roles are 37 hours per week and the part time roles are 25 hours per week, however our client would be willing to be open to consideration on this providing the candidate has the skills they require.
The successful applicants will be required to assist customers with general and technical enquiries by providing support on products and services. In addition to this, you will be required to provide technical support for mobile and broadband services, as well as working with the engineering teams to resolve faults. The successful candidates will provide routine administration to registrations, data input and maintenance as well as reporting.
The successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and as well as good listening skills and experience of customer service. The candidates must have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving.
