The Trust & Company Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all trust and company new business received into the Guernsey office. This entails liaising with other departments as required to ensure the efficient review, sign-off, and establishment of new business cases. The successful post-holder will report directly to the Compliance Manager.
The role also requires regular reporting of key management information to ensure the Directors are aware of new business levels.
You will need to have 1-2 year's experience in the fiduciary services industry, with some previous compliance and/or onboarding experience, you will need to have a good working knowledge of the fiduciary sector, and a good working knowledge of local regulatory requirements. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask and work on your own initiative, with keen attention to detail.
