An exciting opportunity is available to join my client working as PA Support. This role will involve providing an exceptional administrative support service to the PAs within the organisation and to provide PA cover for the PAs during times of absence.
Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office, possess excellent organisational skills and be committed to working as part of a team, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.
You should have recent administration experience, you must be comfortable with client contact and dealing with queries over the telephone. You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload, have good time management skills, excellent communication skills, as well as being polite, professional, friendly, with an empathetic manner.
