Our client, an international Trust and Fiduciary provider has an opportunity for a Relationship Manager in their growing Guernsey office.
The purpose of this role will be to develop new business opportunities whilst adhering to the overall strategy of the business, focusing on identifying high net worth or high income Guernsey residents. A varied role, demanding both technical and operational knowledge, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include developing growth and retention strategies, meeting sales targets, regular risk reviews ensuring compliance policies and procedures are adhered to. Also, keeping abreast of competitor activity whilst maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of banking products.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous banking experience. Be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to be accurate whilst working under sometimes tight time constraints. It is a pre-requisite that the successful candidate is proficient with the Microsoft Package as well as some exposure to banking systems.
