An international financial services client, operating in multiple jurisdictions, are seeking to appoint a Credit Card Analyst.
This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of professionals at a world-leading, independent offshore Bank and Trust company.
Our client is looking for an analyst to join their credit card team to review applications, provide customer support and undertake additional operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing credit card applications, assisting customers with digital onboarding, and the mobile app, respond to customer enquiries, emails, and online messages, and assist customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions. You will investigate and resolve disputes, assist in the set-up and management of direct debits, and assist in enhancing the product and service proposition.
Your qualifications and skills should include strong analytical skills, a desire to become a knowledgeable credit analyst, and have an understanding of financial crime/fraud risk, with a desire to build-up this knowledge. You will need strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, with strong problem-solving, organisation, time management and delegation skills. Prior experience is not a pre-requisite for this role.
