Our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Care Manager, in this role you will be responsible for ensuring our client's customers receive an exceptional customer experience in all their dealings with the Company leading to maximum customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will support the Commercial Manager in the fulfilment of company objectives, you will have day to day management of the office departmental budgets, manage and execute the dispatch procedures, carry out purchasing responsibility at agreed budget levels, negotiate price reductions where possible, accurately enter data onto their accounts system, administer petty cash, as well as supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and communications.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, have good planning and organisation skills, have the ability to act decisively and proactively problem solve, show efficiency and attention to detail, have the ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated, have the ability to work in a logical, systematic manner, and have good computer literacy skills.
